US reality TV star Tamra Judge was in floods of tears during traumatic scenes on the hit American show.

The blonde bombshell and her son Ryan Vieth appeared during a joint therapy session in the TV show on Tuesday night.

The Real Housewives Of Orange County star's heart broke as she listened to her son's deep issues and self hatred.

The 52-year-old, who has 887k followers on Twitter, was in pieces as her son reeled off a list of negative things he had called himself.

Ryan, 33, said: "I'm a bad person. Worthless. I'm a failure. Can't succeed. Powerless. I don't belong. I don't matter."

The blonde reality star had encouraged her son to seek help after he started struggling with his mental health.

The worried mum-of-four, who got pregnant with Ryan at 17, said: "He's just not happy right now and I want to see him happy."

The beauty raised her son on her own for 13 years then she remarried – but things weren't easy for Ryan and his 'overbearing' stepfather.

"It just makes me want to die,” Tamra said. “I struggled with depression, I was sad, I had no self-worth.

"To hear Ryan say that, it scares me. I worry that one day Ryan might commit suicide. That’s my biggest fear.”

Tamra said: "I carry guilt 'cause I feel like I let him down. I look at my kids now and the opportunities that they have.

"I got two kids in college now. Ryan never… He ran out of the house at 18, 'cause he couldn't stand his stepdad.

"He doesn't want to be controlled, he doesn't want to be told what to do, so he fights life."

Ryan admitted that he felt angry as he hadn't received the emotional support his siblings had.

Tamra continued: "I can look at my son's eyes and see that he is not himself."

Her husband Eddie enraged viewers of the tempestuous reality show with his harsh opinion on his stepson.

He said: "When you’re struggling with childhood issues as a man, you’re not a man."
