HEARTBROKEN Safiyya Vorajee broke down in tears as she remembered her daughter Azaylia on the first anniversary of her death.
In an emotional video shared on Instagram, Safiyya asked fans to pray for her little girl.
She said: "This time last year was the hardest time of my life. I lost my little girl in the morning, which his why I wanted to come back to Azaylia's garden."
Turning her thoughts to ex-boyfriend Ashley Cain, who will complete a mammoth 100 mile run in Azaylia's memory today, she continued: "I'm just praying and hoping the rest of the team and Ashley and everyone else is OK on that run. I know they're finding it difficult now. Please say your prayers today for my little princess."
The grieving mum then filmed Azaylia's grave, which was adorned with floral tributes underneath bright blue sky.
Brave Azaylia died at eight months old after battle with leukaemia.
Over the past year Ashley, 31, Safiyya, 34, and their families have honoured Azaylia's life a number of ways.
They created a beautiful memorial garden to go and visit, set up a foundation in her name and love to share pictures and videos of Azaylia to remind everyone how remarkable she is.
Safiyya said yesterday: "While we usually try to celebrate her life, this day will be sad.

Azaylia was born in August 2020, then in October she was diagnosed with leukaemia.
Ashley and Safiyya documented their journey throughout on Instagram, but in April 2021, they decided to take Azaylia home after being told she had "days to live".
The couple did manage to raise over £1 million in less than 24 hours to get Azaylia over to Singapore for life-changing treatment.
However, their dreams were shattered when they were told that her tumours had spread and that it was too late.
