Stephen Bear's girlfriend Jessica Smith risks jail time after filming herself inside prison | The Sun

DISGRACED Stephen Bear's fiancee Jessica Smith could have risked jail time after visiting him in prison.

The former reality TV star's partner filmed herself at HMP Chelmsford when she saw him inside for the first time – but there could be serious consequences.

Jessica was pictured with a grin on her face as she walked down the street, dressed in a glamorous, black, skintight outfit in the hopes to cheer up "broken man" Bear.

Since being caged at HMP Chelmsford, sources have revealed Bear was "crying for days", and "completely unprepared" for jail time.

The 33-year-old was sentenced to 21 months at Chelmsford Crown Court earlier this month after he was found guilty of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private, sexual photographs and films.

The shamed reality star had filmed himself having consensual sex with Towie star ex Georgia Harrison and uploaded the clip on OnlyFans.

Bear had captured the footage on CCTV in his garden, and is estimated to have made at least £40,000 on the X-rated site.

Judge Christopher Morgan said a jail term was the "only appropriate" punishment for the sick crimes.

In addition to jail time, the 33-year-old was put on the Sex Offenders Register for ten years and slapped with a five-year restraining order banning him from contacting Georgia.

Despite this, 28-year-old Jessica, continued to stand by him quickly booked a prison visit.

Kerry Katona hit with vile insults by restaurant staff & told 'Don't come back'

She uploaded a video to TikTok, captioned: "Come with me on a visit to see my boyfriend."

The social media star filmed herself popping the kettle on and feeding her three dogs before glamming up in the long sleeved, long legged romper.

From outside the prison, she recorded the door and said: "Lots of waiting around" then once inside said: "Checked in."

While showing off a fresh set of acrylic nails designed with the initials S.B, for her fiancee, she pans the camera to the HMP wristband.

Then the short clip cuts to after the visit, captioned: "So good to see him but sad because I can't see him for another two weeks."

But, the 30 second TikTok may be in violation of the 1952 Prison Act which states: "[It is an offence relating to prison security to] take a photograph, or make a sound-recording, inside a prison or transmits, or causes to be transmitted, any image from inside a prison by electronic communications for simultaneous reception outside the prison."

The Act also states if a person is found guilty of this offence they could face: "Conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine (or both)."

This comes after Jessica claimed the pair will get married in 2024.

In a post on her Instagram on Monday, she shared a video clip filmed last year in which Stephen kissed her on the lips and said: "We're going to get married one day."

"Hopefully," Jessica replied.

Stephen added: "We're going to be together forever."

The 28-year-old captioned the post: "This was filmed last year bring on 2024 for the wedding baby."

Bear quickly proposed to Jessica at the moulin Rouge in Paris before his sentencing.

However, at sentencing, Judge Christopher Morgan said a jail term was the "only appropriate" punishment and said Bear “deliberately lied” when he told Georgia he had deleted the video so he could "exploit the economic value” of it.

Speaking outside court, Georgia said she was "happy and relieved" the matter was over.

"Today's sentence is a vindication of what I've been put through and sends a clear message that the police and the courts take this matter very seriously," she said.

"I want to let all other victims of this crime know that I stand in solidarity with them and I have absolutely no regrets in waiving my anonymity."

And the brave 28-year-old has said she nearly died fighting Bear for two-and-a-half years — and will now sue him for her loss of earnings.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Georgia said: “People don’t realise how much this damaged my career.

"I’ve gone through two years of being dropped by every brand who ever worked with me. My career was thriving prior to it.”
