Strictly Come Dancing star Luba Mushtuk has some kind words for her dance partner James Cracknell after he was the first contestant to leave the show.
James lost the dance off this evening against David James to determine who would be sent home and who would live to dance another day.
Now his partner Luba has taken to Instagram with a snap of them both, and a touching sentiment.
The beauty wrote: "Oh my dear @jamescracknell I wish this journey was longer but the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.
"You did a fantastic job and I truly hope that you will keep dancing, keep believing in yourself and keep inspiring many more people to believe that whatever you want to do, it's possible. You just need to go for it!"
She added: "Thank you very much for this wonderful experience. And let me just say it to you once last time…Again…5-6-7-8. @bbcstrictly #thankyou."
James has expressed similar feelings on his own social media, alongside a snap of him and Luba in action.
The rower wrote: "Not the most appropriate screengrab but perfectly sums up my time on @bbcstrictly. I want to thank you @LubaMushtuk for being the most amazing partner/teacher/choreographer, sadly you're not a miracle worker.
