Sharon revealed earlier this year that she was going to lose her unborn baby when she woke up in a pool of blood six months into her pregnancy.
She welcomed her first child, 14-month-old daughter Betsey Fletcher, last year.
Soap correspondent Sharon introduced baby Betsey to Holly and Phill live on air to celebrate her first birthday in July.
During the touching scenes, Holly cooed: 'She's perfect in every way' while Sharon said of her much longed-for child: 'We loved her before we even met her.'
Former This Morning host Fern Britton, Soap star Hayley Tammadon and Emmerdale star Samatha Giles were just a few famous faces who took to social media to congratulated Sharon.
