The man who allegedly conned millions out of unsuspecting women was on dating apps.
But now Simon Lievev, aka the 'Tinder Swindler', has been permanently banned from Hinge, OkCupid, PlentyofFish, Pairs, Meetic and OurTime.
A Match Group representative told TMZ he has been banned from all the company's properties after violating the terms of service at Tinder.
They said the partner companies will not allow him to create a profile under his name or his aliases after impersonating and asking for money.
When was Simon Leviev banned on Tinder?
The Tinder Swindler premiered on Netflix on Wednesday, February 2, 2022.
By Friday, February 4, Tinder released a statement saying they have banned Simon Leviev – whose real name is Shimon Hayut – from their platform.

"We have conducted internal investigations and can confirm Simon Leviev is no longer active on Tinder under any of his known aliases," the dating site said, according to Variety.
Prior to the film's release, Tinder published updated guidelines for users entitled Romance Scams: How to Protect Yourself Online.
Tinder added that scammers often use platforms like their own to prey on "vulnerable" people "looking for love."

What has Simon Leviev said on dating apps?
The shameless convicted conman recently posted a defence of him using the dating app, criticising the women he scammed.
He said: “If I was a fraud why would I act on Netflix I mean they should have arrested me when we were still shooting.
“It’s high time the ladies start saying the truth. If you can’t give them the world they’ll turn yours to hell.”
Upon breaking his silence, Leviev vowed to make an "announcement to the world" about his views on the Netflix show this Friday.
The Tinder Swindler was born Shimon Hayut but changed him name to Simon Leviev, then styled himself The Prince of Diamonds.
