SUBWOOLFER are the two member British-Norwegian pop group formed in 2021.
The band performed during the semi-finals of Eurovision 2023 in Liverpool after smashing their performance in the song contest the previous year.
The single Give That Wolf A Banana became a cult following, amassing a number of fans and putting Subwoolfer on the map.
But it was the mystery behind the masks that garnered the most attention for the band.
It was finally revealed who the members of Subwoolfer were which included Gaute Ormåsen and none other than A1’s Ben Adams – much to fans surprise.

Who is Ben Adams?
Ben Adams was born in Ascot, UK on November 22, 1981.
He attended Westminster Under School where he discovered his love for music and singing becoming the head chorister of the school choir.
What is Ben Adams famous for?
Adams went on to join the four-piece British-Norwegian 90s boyband A1.
Alongside Christian Ingebrigtsen, Paul Marazzi and Mark Read, the group produced hits including Be The First To Believe and Here We Come.

Managed by Tim Byrne, who also formed Steps, A1 went on to the bag themselves a BRIT Award for British Breakthrough Act in 2001.
In that same year, Adams shocked fans announcing he was quitting for “personal reasons”.
He went on to participate on the sixth series of Channel 4’s Big Brother reaching fifth place behind winner Ulrika Johnsson.
Adams also performed in UK pantomimes including Cinderella and Aladdin and took part in the Norwegian version of Strictly Come Dancing with the Starts, placing second.
Adams returned to A1 reforming with the band to represent Norway in the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest.
Does Ben Adams live in Norway?
Adams moved to Norway to continue with his work as a musical producer and songwriter.
After an invite to help co-write Norway’s new Eurovision track, Adams penned the debut single Give That Wolf A Banana.
The single would place Subwoolfer in 10th place at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 with 182 points but amassed a cult following with millions of streams for the quirky song.

Adams lives in Oslo with his Norwegian model fiancée Sara Skjoldnes.
The couple have a daughter together.
