X Factor star unrecognisable as he unveils 4st weight loss nine years after fame

Stevi Ritchie shot to fame back in 2014 when he appeared on The X Factor alongside the likes of Fleur East and Jake Quickenden.

The singer, 42, looked unrecognisable after sharing a before and after pic following a dramatic weight loss transformation.

The Celebrity Big Brother star transformed his physique by losing four stone with the help of a personal trainer.

Sharing his epic transformation on Instagram, Stevie wrote a lengthy paragraph detailing his fitness journey and admitting he has always "struggled" with his weight.

He penned: "I refuse to live in a world of 'what ifs' the moment I get a what if in my head the very next moment I do my best to make that what if disappear.

"I've always struggled up and down with my weight. I've been on a 4 month body transformation by the amazing @lewiswelshfitness.

"Left is me at 98kgs the right is me right now at 73kgs 4 stone lost and I've got into the best shape of my life at 41 years old."

The star added: "Has it been easy ? No not in the least. Alot of sacrifices with my loved ones and its been hard work but it's been one hell of a f*****g journey of which I'm proud of and busted my a**e in the Gym.

"Anyone can do it if you put your mind to it and be consistent. Many thanks to @lewiswelshfitness. My fitness journey complete."

Last year, the reality star spoke exclusively to Daily Star about how fame could be addictive following his rise to stardom.

"We all want more in life, more money, more sex, more love, more fame," he admitted. " Some of us are quite greedy, for me, fame was, well, my feet didn't touch the floor."

"You do wanna see yourself more on the telly, you do want to be on the stage more, it's kind of like taking loads of coffee, you get addicted and then you think you need more.

"For me, as long as I'm doing what I love, entertaining, performing and, of course, if the occasion ever arose I would love to take I'm A Celebrity… because that is THE show to get on."
