James Jordan, 42, has taken to Twitter to share a photo of his car’s damaged alloy wheels in view of his 273,000 followers this evening. The former Strictly Come Dancing professional also informed his fans that his wife Ola Jordan, 38, was to blame for his scratched wheels.

However, James’ joke about her error occurring on International Women’s Day divided fans who took to the comments section of his post to share their thoughts.

He penned: “Seems quite apt @The_OlaJordan would do this today of all days #InternationalWomensDay.”

Some of the Dancing On Ice winner’s followers were less than impressed with his cheeky post, with one person sarcastically replying: “Wow what a supportive husband you are.”

Another argued: “If you had bought a car with decent parking sensors there wouldn’t be a problem so it’s your fault anyway. #teamola.”

A third person shared their concerns for Ola and quipped: “I hope she’s ok and that you haven’t teased her so much that she’s bent some of your golf clubs.”

A fourth fan penned: “Ooops It can happen to anyone tho.”(sic)

Other fans sided with James in the situation, with one Twitter user writing: “Oh the precious alloys, sacrilegious.”

A second person joked: “Grounds for divorce there mate.”

 

A third fan said: “Wowee thats a proper job James…”(sic)

“Jesus Christ,” a fourth person commented.

Elsewhere, James gave fans an emotional Twitter update on his dad Allan, following his tearful appearance alongside Ola on Loose Women.

He typed: “Missing my dad so much.

“He’s not doing so well in hospital, but hopefully we will get him home soon so we can all see him and be together.

“Love you dad,” he added.

Last week, James appeared via video link with Ola and their baby daughter Ella on Loose Women.

The star became visibly emotional when questioned about his dad by the panel, and explained the current situation surrounding his health is “horrendous”.

Jane Moore asked: “James, you’ve had a tough time with your dad Allan, haven’t you?”

The dancer replied: “Yeah, horrendous. Last year, my dad got diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour.

“He’s currently back in hospital really, really not very well.”

An image of Allan holding baby Ella then appeared on-screen, as James got choked up.

He continued: “Yeah, it’s really upsetting…” before beginning to become emotional over being unable to visit his dad due to coronavirus lockdown restrictions.
