The cast of “90210” was brought together when they learned of Luke Perry‘s death from a stroke in March, says one of its stars.
“We were all together when it happened,” Tori Spelling revealed at a 92Y talk about the upcoming reboot “BH90210,” which follows the cast as “heightened versions” of their real-life selves. “We just all wanted to be together and talk to only each other. Our families couldn’t understand. Our friends outside of ‘90210’ couldn’t understand.”
Co-star Jennie Garth added, “It drew us all together like a magnet.” Perry died after suffering a stroke at 52.
