Who Wants To Be A Millionaire welcomes Piers Morgan
Upon introducing Piers Morgan, 55, as a contestant to Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? this evening, host Jeremy Clarkson, 60, jokingly made a reference about the pair’s fallout. During the tense round, the duo took flippant swipes at each other and joked about their feud.
At one point in the show, the Good Morning Britain said to the host: “I used to watch the old one [the show] when it was hosted by a proper stand up character [Chris Tarrant].
The pair famously fell out back in 2004at the British Press Awards when Jeremy punched Piers multiple times in the face.
He has since been left with a scar on his head.
Their feud began when Piers, the then editor of the Daily Mirror, had published photographs of Jeremy alongside a woman who wasn’t his wife in 2002.
