Julia Fox has spoken out on her relationship with Kanye West, saying that “he’s with me now”.
The 32 year old Uncut Gems actress made the comments amid Kanye and Kim Kardashian’s public falling out as the ex couple try to figure out the terms of their divorce.
The actress and model has been seen out and about with Kanye on a regular basis after Julia opened up on her first date with Kanye. Now, Julia herself has now seemed to cemented their romance, saying “he calls me his girlfriend”.
In a new interview on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Julia spoke with host Alex Cooper about her highly publicised relationship with the 44 year old rapper.
"I call him my boyfriend and he calls me his girlfriend," she said, although noted that the pair had never had an official conversation about their relationship status.
Although she called her relationship with Kanye “organic” and “natural”, some have questioned the romance as Kanye has made public claims that he wants to get back together with his ex.
Posting a photo of Kim Kardashian and their children from her March 2022 cover shoot for Vogue, Kanye wrote: “GOD PLEASE BRING OUR FAMILY BACK TOGETHER."
However, Julia seems comfortable in her relationship with Kanye and any feelings he may still have towards Kim.
"I'm sure there's still some residual feelings, and that's normal, it's human,” Julia said. "I also know that he's with me now. And that's all that matters."
She added: “Time will tell, you'll just see. Obviously, it looks a certain way, but people don't know the conversations happening behind the scenes, and you know, I've been around.”
Kanye has recently been involved in a public argument with his ex, accusing Kim of not letting him see their kids and slamming her for letting North use TikTok "against his will".
Kim, meanwhile, then hit back with an accusation that Kanye was trying to "control and manipulate" the situation.
However, in her tell-all interview with Vogue, Kim spoke of her divorce from Kanye, whom she was married to for almost seven years, saying that she “chose herself”.
The 41 yer old said: “For so long, I did what made other people happy. And I think in the last two years I decided, I’m going to make myself happy. And that feels really good.
“And even if that created changes and caused my divorce, I think it’s important to be honest with yourself about what really makes you happy. I’ve chosen myself. I think it’s okay to choose you.”
