Love Island’s Tanyel Revan has undergone a ‘£4,500 makeover’ prior to the winter series in South Africa with filler, permanent make-up and ‘full facial rejuvenation’

But Tanyel Revan appears to have undergone a dramatic makeover ahead of her time in the villa.
The 26-year-old hairstylist from North London, who currently has 17,700 followers, has undergone filler, permanent make-up and full facial rejuvenation to ensure she will look perfect from every camera angle.

One specialist estimates the total cost for her beauty treatments at a whopping £4,500 – at least.
Tanyel opted for a fat-dissolving treatment on her chin at the Evolve Cosmetics clinic in North London.
The procedure involves injecting a fat dissolver into multiple areas of her chin and neck and usually requires up to four treatments.
Aesthetics and facial specialist Vix Manning said: ‘This treatment usually requires up to four sessions and a reputable clinic could charge £250 per go.’

Evolve Cosmetics also gave Tanyel’s face a true overhaul with a bespoke procedure involving dermal fillers.
The aim of the procedure is to restore youthfulness and volume to the face and can involve cheek filler, lip filler, jaw filler and Botox.
The client’s face is discussed from every angle and each procedure is tailored to the individual and their wants and needs, and many specialist clinics start their prices at £2,000.

Like many Love Islanders before her, Tanyel has chosen to plump her pout with filler.
However, the soon-to-be star had her lip filler dissolved at Evolve Cosmetics in December, something highly recommended to avoid bulky lips, correct migrated filler and or lumpy filler.
She then appears to have had new filler injected in.
Vix explained: ‘Tanyel’s lip filler was quite swollen before so it’s understandable she’d want to have it dissolved before adding in again for a fresh and more natural looking result.

The hair stylist had her lips ‘blushed’ with semi-permanent colour by semi-permanent makeup artist Facify.
Opting for a subtle pink shade, she’ll be sure to show her pout off in full effect with or without lipstick.
The procedure involves a tattoo gun and water-based inks but the client can use numbing cream to prevent them from feeling any pain.

Swelling can occur but it soon goes down and the procedure is thought to last a couple of years – and the procedure usually costs around £500.
Tanyel also had her brows tattooed on at Facify and the treatment is carried out in a similar way to blushed lips, using a tattoo gun and water-based inks.
For a top level technician, you can expect to pay over £500 for two treatments.
It comes after fans of the ITV show were left confused by the Winter Love Island line-up reveal on Monday.
