Her long blonde locks fell in waves and she sported heavy glam makeup, but looked elegant as ever.
Tamara's frame looked small as the dress clung to her curves, while still looking super skinny.
It also featured a deep plunging neckline which added a feminine touch to the stunning outfit.
Tamara, 35, and Jay, 38, were celebrating the launch of premium CBD lifestyle brand Apothem at Harvey Nichols.
