We would like to add this to our wish list! Alex Rodriguez gave Jennifer Lopez a Porsche for her birthday gift. The singer, who recently celebrated her 50th birthday, has been on her “It’s My Party” Tour and received the most luxurious (and expensive) present from her fiancé.
The “Jenny From the Block” singer celebrated her milestone birthday in style “at a private home on Star Island that belonged to Gloria Estefan,” a source told E! News. The celebrations sounded as fun as they were serene, “taking place in the backyard overlooking the water,” the source continued. “There are multiple tents and the decor is modern with a lot of white and gold. There are big gold balls being strung across the yard and a large gold bar,” the insider shared. “There’s lounge furniture and sofas also being set up on the lawn.” Honestly, we wish we had an invite.
Along with the fabulous party, J-Lo also received an extravagant birthday present from the former Yankees player. Per E! News’ source, Rodriguez surprised the “On The Floor” singer with a red Porsche 911 GTS. The price tag? A whopping $140,000. The source continued, “It came with a big gold bow on it and was delivered to their house this afternoon. The license plate says JLO.” Talk about a perfect present. (See the photo here.)
“She took the car for a spin before the party with A-Rod and looked very excited,” the insider told E! News. The Porsche wasn’t the only surprise Lopez’s fiancé got her. In the early hours on Lopez’s birthday, Rodriguez took to Instagram to share a video full of memories and montages in honor of the singer’s birthday. (The tribute even made Lopez cry.) Sounds like the perfect birthday to us.
