Carhartt WIP Explores the Great Outdoors With Its “Venture” Capsule

Carhartt WIP has delved into the more leisure-focused side of the brand’s history for its latest collection, drawing inspiration from technical garments and the great outdoors.

Teaming up with Tokyo-based photographer Genki Nishikawa, Carhartt WIP presents “Venture”, its latest Fall/Winter 2021 instalment. Incorporating elements of hunting and climbing apparel, the collection presents a series of reworked outdoors-inspired garments.

An air force survival-style Kilda Vest is one of many technical pieces featured in the capsule, while a corduroy twist on a traditional check flannel shirt is arguably one of the highlights. Outerwear in the form of the Nord Jacket and Vernon Parka also makes an appearance, alongside a series of shaggy fleece offerings, including the High Plains Liner which boasts an all-over scenic print.

Accessories like headwear, bags and neck warmers round out the collection, all of which is available to buy from the Carhartt WIP webstore.

In other news, Richardson has unveiled its casualwear-focused XTC collection.
