Karl Lagerfeld and Kenneth Ize Have Teamed up For SS21

Karl Lagerfeld and Kenneth Ize have unveiled it’s teaming up for Spring/Summer 2021 for a ready-to-wear collaboration that fuses elements of European and Nigerian style.

The collection — which was co-created by Ize and Lagerfeld design director Hun Kim — is a celebration of culture and elevated design and features a range of gender-neutral styles and accessories that arrive dressed in the brand’s signature shades of black and white, as well as striking pops of color inspired by traditional aso oke cloth.

Styles include tailoring, knitted tops and pants, as well as flowing silhouettes and more casual looks. Stand-out pieces arrive in the form of a head-to-toe silk swirl-print looks, while a selection of more relaxed merino wool sweaters round out the versatile gender-neutral collection.

The full Karl Lagerfeld x Kenneth Ize collection is set to drop on July 7 and will be available from the brand’s online webstore, with prices ranging from $120 USD to $825 USD.
