Miley Cyrus describes her next album as a “love letter to LA.” Endless Summer Vacation, slated to drop on March 10 via Columbia Records, is the follow-up to 2020’s pop-rock Plastic Hearts.
The album was recorded in the city to which it was dedicated and produced by Kid Harpoon, Greg Kurstin, Mike WiLL Made-It and Tyler Johnson.
Cyrus bills it as a “very personal” project that finds her at “strongest and most confident.” The album is reflective of “the strength she’s found in focusing on both her physical and mental well-being,” she says.
A trailer for Endless Summer Vacation, over which the singer reads a spoken word poem, features sunny cuts of Cyrus laying by the pool before cutting to her vibing out at night.
The first single from the album is called “Flowers” and will drop next Friday, January 13.
A tracklist isn’t out for the LP just yet but Cyrus did share a look at its cover art.
