PLEASURES's Latest Collection is an Ode to Hunter S. Thompson

Following its Genesis P-Orridge/Psychic TV release, PLEASURES has now offered its latest project with the estate of Hunter S. Thompson. An ode to a true counter-cultural icon, the Hunter S. Thompson by PLEASURES collection celebrates the enduring legacy of the American journalist and author.

Best known for creating Gonzo-style journalism and his 1971 novel, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Thompson traveled the country to cover a wide array of topics for numerous magazines. Through his work, he developed an immersive and highly personal style of reporting that built on his hard-driving lifestyle and his relentlessly anti-authoritarian outlook.

PLEASURES has put together a street-leaning collection comprised of hoodies and T-shirts that celebrates the perpetual counterculture icon. The special range features imagery of Hunter S. Thompson, the “Gonzo fight” emblem characterized by two thumbs and four fingers holding a peyote button, and evocative text associated with the journalist and author.

Take a look at the range above and shop the Hunter S. Thompson collection on PLEASURES’ website and at select retailers now.
