Sam Ryder and Hannah Waddingham add sprinkle of Eurovision to Wimbledon on day 6

It was time for a (mini) Eurovision Song Contest reunion as Sam Ryder and Hannah Waddingham watched Wimbledon together on day 6.

There are more celebrities at the London tennis tournament than a Nobu restaurant, with David Tennant and Stranger Things’ David Harbour previously spotted enjoying the action.

But on Saturday, Ted Lasso actress Hannah, who was one of the presenters for this year’s Eurovision in Liverpool, and Sam, who performed at the event after coming runner-up in 2022, lead the stars.

Sat on the row in front of them was The Good Place actress Jameela Jamil and her musician boyfriend, James Blake, who was rocking a pair of The Beatles’ Ringo Starr-style shades.

At one point Hannah, wearing a summery white floral frock, even leaned in to have a chat with Jameela, who matched her red lipstick expertly to her dress.

Elsewhere, Anna Wintour was seen at Wimbledon looking very stylish (as you would expect from the Vogue boss) in a long red trench coat and some serious neck bling.

Lots of TV stars appeared to have snagged tickets for day 6 with footballer-turned-broadcaster Gary Lineker, who appeared to jump out of his seat during one match, and I’m A Celeb’s Jill Scott soaking up the vibes.

Gary looked very dapper, wearing a navy blue suit, white shirt and coordinating tie – we just hope he didn’t get too hot in the humid weather.

Jill, meanwhile, looked glowing in a white shift dress paired with elegant silver hooped earrings.

Love Island was also repped by Gemma Owen, who was joined by her former footballer father Michael Owen, while Have I Got News For You’s Ian Hislop watched on from the crowd.

Gemma was clearly inspired by Wimbledon for her outfit, sporting a tennis-themed white skirt and top, with dad Michael opting for a blue suit jacket and shirt and grey trousers.

Married couple Lucy Mecklenburgh and Ryan Thomas also decided to stick with tennis white, complimenting each other perfectly, even down to similar sunglasses.

Previous days at Wimbledon have welcomed the likes of Amanda Holden and her daughter Lexi, Strictly favourite Oti Mabuse and pregnant star Pixie Lott

Tennis ace Emma Raducanu might not be playing this year, but she has still attended Wimbledon – in sportswear no less – and posed for selfies as she smiled for the cameras after having to pull out of the entire grass court season due to surgery.

‘It is safe to say the last ten months have been difficult as I dealt with a recurring injury on a bone of both hands,’ she previously wrote on Instagram. ‘I’m having a minor procedure done on both hands to resolve the issues.

‘I’m disappointed to share that I will be out for the next few months and while I am at it will have another minor procedure that is due on my ankle.’
