Like every billionaire, Jay-Z owns cars and private jets. He bought the Bombardier Challenger 850 jointly with Beyonce back in 2012. This private jet is almost a flying estate and can carry up to 16 passengers, offering them the experience of a lifetime. It even has a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, and master bedrooms.
The 2005 manufactured Maybach Exelero is one of the most expensive cars Jay-Z owns. It cost him about $8 million, considered to be equivalent to the cost of two palatial mansions. But that is not all. There are more surprises.

Jay-Z purchased a luxurious penthouse in New York City for about $6.85 million. This estate is approximately 8,000 square feet broad. Even its terrace area expands over 3000 square feet. This penthouse is special to the couple because their 2008 wedding ceremony took place in this very space.
After the wedding, the insanely successful and wealthy couple bought a new estate in the Miami Beach compound. It came in a combination of 7 bedrooms and eight bathrooms, but the couple sold it later for around $9 million. They moved to their different lux property in New Orleans, which they had bought for $2.6 million.
Jay-Z also owns a private island that spans over 12.5 acres of land. He acquired this island for his wife on her 20th birthday. But this is not the only private island that he owns. He has another one in the Bahamas that cost about $4 million and was purchased in 2013 as a vacation spot for the famous power couple.
