A person whose bulging forehead horns makes kids run away in terror revealed how they looked before their jaw dropping transformation.
Jessy Kirkpatrick, 27, shared the sensational throwback pictures with the Daily Star and said they make them feel “nauseous and sick”.
They are now famed on social media for having stretched earlobes, face tattoos and huge nostril plugs.

Jessy, who also has a stretched tongue piercing and a blackout mandala neck tattoo, was unrecognisable before becoming “addicted” to body mods.
But they much prefer how they now look.
The 27-year-old, from Kansas, US, told us: “I try my best to never look at those photos because they make me nauseous and sick to my stomach.
“All I see from those is someone suffering mental pain who is ashamed of being alive. I looked insecure and depressed.
“I used to look so weird and I felt extremely ugly.
“Body modification is my form of healing and it makes me feel more confident and happy and I can’t imagine going back to that.
“I know what I started and I don’t plan on ever stopping. Even though I’m different and I get put down for how I look, I’d rather feel confident and better about myself than to look normal and continue to be miserable inside of my own head.”
Jessy first became inspired by the lifestyle after noticing one of their cousins had stretched earlobes.
And although Jessy is an atheist, their mum is a conservative Christian who disliked the body modification journey they then embarked on.
But the mum is now supportive of them.
The influencer said: “Although she doesn’t understand what I am doing and she is cautious of some extreme things that I do, she loves me no matter what and she is always proud of me.
“She told me that after years of seeing how happy I was. It was the most amazing thing to see me become my own person and to be happy and kind despite all of my past abuse.
“She’s just glad to have her child back and at every point in time she will defend me from others.”
Jessy now works full-time on social media while also earning a living with data entry and transcription jobs.
Their favourite body mod is the large nostrils as the body mod fan said the bigger they get, the happier they are.
And while outsiders often tell them how “not normal” their aesthetic is, Jessy had the following advice for other body modification enthusiasts who are targeted by trolls.
They said: “Learn to live without constantly looking over your shoulder worrying how others will see you or what they think of you.
“Stop sitting there and letting others dictate what you can be and what you should feel on the inside.
“Don’t let others rule your feelings and self worth and don’t let family members give you an ultimatum because they’re too narrow-minded to see how happy it makes you.
“Realise that you can be outside of the norm crowd and find others like you that will love you just for who you are.”
As for being able to express their own individuality so openly online, Jessy said: “I’d like to say I’m over the moon proud of myself to be who I want, and who I feel on the inside without caring what others think.
“To me, there’s no such thing as the norm. What is normal anyway?
“Every single person in the world is unique because no one is exactly the same.
“I believe there’s power in being completely yourself and not caring about others' judgement.”
