Let's face it, nobody likes changing their bedsheets.
It's time-consuming, sometimes fiddly and it's just not fun at all.
And it seems as though Brits don't fancy the job either as a third of adults only claim to complete the chore once a year.
Now according to Dr Kyle Grant, who founded laundry service Oxwash, there is an amount you must be washing your beds.
He said: "We spend a lot of time in our bed sheets – we'd advise washing them frequently, at least every week-ten days."
As we approach the warmer months, not changing your bedsheets could cause allergies.
Sealy UK's Chief Sleep Officer Neil Robinson added: "The average person washes their bed sheets once every two weeks, but in the summer months, twice a month is not enough to keep allergens at bay.
"In hayfever season, consider washing your sheets once a week to keep sheets free of pollen, as well as dust and other particles that might make symptoms worse."
It comes after data released by Hammonds Furniture found 18% of Brits only wash their jeans annually.
Meanwhile, only 36% washed their blankets once in this time.

Plus, the stats showed that only 40% of Brits wash their towels after every use and 80% wash their underwear after every use.
And 25% of men admitted to only washing their undies after five washes while 10% admitted to washing them after 10.
The survey was of 2,000 people and we'd like to think that the data group was made up of dirtier-than-normal individuals.
