Inside EastEnders star Danny Dyer’s lavish Essex home he shares with his wife and kids

EastEnders star Danny Dyer, who plays Mick Carter on the hit BBC soap, lives in Essex with his wife Joanne and their two younger children, Sunnie and Artie.

The famed actor and presenter is also father to Love Island winner Dani Dyer, who now lives in a London flat with her boyfriend Sammy Kimmence, with whom she is having a baby.

However, while Dani lived in the huge family abode she frequently posted peeks inside to her 3.3 million Instagram followers.

Danny, on the other hand, is a little more private when it comes to his family and home.

He recently revealed that he wants to renew his wedding vows to his wife, but won’t be inviting anyone famous.

He told The Sun: “We won’t be inviting any celebs. It will just be my mum, my dad, the kids and my best friends who stuck by me through everything.”

Let’s take a look inside the family-oriented star’s stunning home…

Danny appeared on Celebrity Gogglebox with his daughter Dani, and we were afforded a glimpse into the living room which has a large cream sofa with giant purple pillows. Behind is a big dining table complete with silver leather chairs and a candelabra on the table.

The other living room in the house is filled with crushed velvet as well as having a grey carpet that leads onto wooden flooring. The walls are also painted a dark grey.

The Dyer’s have a gigantic garden with lovely wooden decking. There is a vast lawn out back with a kids play house on it, as well as lots of gorgeous plants.

Also in the garden is an abundance of outdoor seating, with enough space for the entire Love Island cast to come round once the pandemic is over.

The swanky home also has its very own indoor swimming pool, which must have been perfect for the family to do daily exercise during the lockdown. The pool is tiled in dark and light blue mosaic.

The family kitchen is filled with lovely light wooden cabinets and paved stone floors. It has a very warming feel, compared to the glam of the crushed velvet living space.

The staircase has a white bannister and silvery grey carpet, which looks very chic. On the walls is a lovely painting of Marilyn Monroe, and there is a large mirror so one can get a photo of their outfit from all angles.

As Danny and his daughter have matching initials, as well as phonetically identical names, there is this amazing light-up ‘DD’ sign in the home, which is perfect for the pair to pose in front of.
