However, as we’ve plunged back into another lockdown it’s time to turn back to those trusty home workouts and, for this, Lidl has your back.

The popular supermarket has introduced the budget-friendly gym equipment you’ve been searching for, all with very purse-friendly price tags.

A browse in Lidl could see you picking up weights, headphones, resistance bands, ab trainers and more, and the cheapest item starts from just £2.99.

You can pick up 4kg or 6kg kettle bells to improve strength for just £4.99 and a resistance band set, ideal as an alternate to weight machines, sells for £4.99 too.

What’s more, a hand-held massager will cost you £49.99 or relieve muscle stiffness from working from home and pick up a foam roller for £4.99.

As well as the equipment, you can also pick up some snazzy workout wear to accompany it.

Lidl’s range includes a Ladies’ Sports Hoodies, £7.99, and Leggings, £6.99, as well as Mens’ Softshell Running Trousers, £7.99, and Trainers £9.99.
