Looking to give your clothes a delightful fragrance?
A woman has tried and tested a popular laundry hack, which claims to make your washing smell better than ever before.
Scottish TikTok user Kayleigh Taylor had seen clips of people using Lush Cosmetics' popular Snow Fairy shower gel in their washing.
Being a fan of the sweet and festive fragrance, she thought she'd give it a whirl.
The 27-year-old tried out the hack on her dressing gown, telling TikTok viewers: "So I saw someone add Snow Fairy to their washing machine the other day and it made their clothes smell amazing so I’m gonna do my dressing gown and see how we go."
She continued to explain the method, which used a fair bit of the product.
Kayleigh explained: “So I’ve got one cup of the snow fairy and I’m just gonna put it down here in the drum with the dressing gown.
“Then I’m going to add my soap powder as normal. I’m adding a wee touch of softener."
And it turns out the hack worked, with the Scotswoman chuffed over how it turned out.
“It smells amazing,” she said before putting it in the dryer. “I’m fairly chuffed with that hack.”
Fellow users of the app were impressed by the video, with it racking up thousands of likes and views.
Plenty of commenters from TikTokers vowed to try the hack out too.
LUSH's Snow Fairy is only available throughout the festive period in-stores and online, they've stopped selling online for 2020 but if you want to grab a bottle, you can always try your local store to see if they have any left in-stock.
If not, you'll have to wait til around October 2021 we're afraid.
