Countdown star Carol Vorderman left fans floored as she donned a daring ensemble to go and meet her ‘new man’.
Looking runway ready in skintight royal blue leggings dotted with lines of white polka dots, Carol donned a black plastic puffa coat zipped up to keep the cold out.
The legwear was the perfect way to accentuate Carol’s lithe figure as she headed out to brave the elements.
With a black turtleneck underneath her winter warmer outfit, Carol let her brunette tresses trail to her shoulders as she beamed brightly for the camera.
And she had good reason to be smiling, as she had actually headed off to meet her ‘new man’.
But far from having a new beau, Carol was only teasing – as it was actually her brand-new van from MAN Truck and Bus UK.
Posing alongside the grey van, Carol admitted it was love at first sight, as she captioned the post: "The first time we met IT WAS LOVE.
"Here is my sparkling new Vorder Van….from @mantruckbusuk and @volkstrek in Aberystwyth Wales.
"She's fresh off the production line. A 4×4 to get across rocky terrain and into and OUT OF fields."
But Carol has a lengthy checklist of things to do to get her ready for #VanLife, as she continued: "So first things are to: Raise the chassis. Fit new bigger wheels and better tyres. Put protective plates underneath.
"And maybe rock sliders under the sides to protect even more… Yessssssssss."
She continued: "I'm going to put it all on here….
"And then I'll drive her to @vanlifebuilds in the new year where she's going to be converted into my new home.
"But Wayne @vanlifebuilds and I need to plan out that design….so plenty for us all to think about…
"God I'm excited about this. Plan is for her to be ready by end March for proper adventuring. Bliss."
It isn’t the first time Carol has referenced her new man, as she kidded last month that she was heading out to meet ‘him’ for the first time.
Explaining to her legions of loyal Instagram followers, Carol said: "Thursday morning I’m going to meet my new MAN – van!
"I’m going to learn how to drive it… first time! So excited!"
Carol prefers to keep her personal life close to her chest, having been publicly married twice – first to Royal Navy officer Christopher Mather in 1985, and then to Patrick King in 1990.
She later moved in with journalist Des Kelly in 2001, but the pair publicly announced their split in 2007 – and since then Carol hasn’t dated publicly.
