Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby has lifted the lid on her daily routine that saw her shed more than 3 stone in weight.
The reality TV star lost 20kg back in 2014 – going from a size 16 to a size 8 – after launching a new diet and exercise regime.
The 29-year-old told NW magazine she is now the happiest she has been in a long time.
She said: "I'm feeling really happy and confident about my body at the minute."
Lifting the lid on what she eats, the star said a typical day would start with either fruit, poached eggs or porridge for breakfast.

Moving to lunch, Charlotte said she will opt for something smaller like a soup.
And for dinner, she said: "Usually just meat and veg. I only eat steak once or twice a month, because it's hard to digest."
The Geordie Shore star also said she sorted swaps of her favourite food and drinks – opting for replacements with less calories.
Instead of beer she would drink gin and tonic and where before she would opt for crisps, she now chose to eat unsalted popcorn.

Keen to stress it was not all a case of neglecting yourself your favourite treats, Charlotte added that she would factor in a couple of cheat days to ensure she was able to cope with the routine.
She told the magazine: "It's good to have that one day where you eat what you want, because then you work towards it."
Charlotte is currently starring in the Australian version of I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of here!
When revealed as one of the celebrities entering the Oz version, some fans were left baffled.

In a video clip about the announcement, Charlotte gushed about South Africa – where the Aussie version is filmed.
The VT was captioned: "BREAKING: We just had to reveal one more celeb for you guys to get hyped for and we're pretty SHORE you're going to love her sick. Have fun Charlotte!"
I'm a Celeb Australia's official Instagram shared the post with their 121k followers.
Fans flocked to the post, not knowing who Charlotte was.
