Curtis Pritchard has revealed he's lost almost three stone thanks to dieting and doing regular exercise.
The 24-year-old decided to lose some weight after piling on the pounds enjoying five cheesecake slices a night.
The former Love Island contestant, who broke up from his partner Maura Higgins earlier this year, has been unable to weigh himself whilst living at the Celebs Go Dating mansion but thinks he now weighs around 14 stone.
"I have literally lost weight through my eating and following Weight Watchers and my exercise, I now have a healthier relationship with food and the weight has just gradually come off," Curtis told The Sun.
"And I've been able to maintain that and maintain a healthy relationship with food now, which is fantastic," he added.
As there is a gym in the Celebs Go Dating mansion, Curtis has been able to work out every day and complete his gruelling boxing training.
The reality TV star continued: "I'm gonna say I'm about 14 stone, because that was my goal weight and I still look and feel like, so I'm going to say I'm about 14 stone.
"I may have lost a little bit of muscle on my legs so maybe I'm about 14.2.
"I boxed every single day. We're in a mansion you know; they've got a gym in there.
"It's a 30-million pound mansion, they've got outdoor pools, gyms, this and that, you name it, that place has it, so we were allowed to workout and do everything."
Last week, Curtis sparked speculation that he had found someone special whilst filming Celebs Go Dating.
Sharing a cosy selfie with Coronation Street actress Kimberly Hart-Simpson, he captioned it: “@kimberly_h_s is the best !!! Waking up and not seeing your face in the bed next to me this morning just didn’t feel right.”
Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the programme's participants were forced to join bubbles and share rooms in a bid to be compliant with the government's guidelines.
When Curtis mentioned "waking up next to Kimberly", he could of course been alluding to their friendship on the show, however not everyone was convinced.
However, Kimberly added fuel to the fire by commenting on the post: "You the bestest."
Curtis was previously in a relationship with fellow Love Islander Maura Higgins, but the pair split up earlier this year.
