Katie Price said she "could have killed someone" as she opened up about her drink-driving accident for the first time.

The model, 43, crashed her car while driving in September and will be sentenced next month.

According to the Mirror, she spoke out about the incident in a teaser clip for a new YouTube video, saying how much she regretted it.

"I got behind the wheel of the car," she said. "I regret it. I have upset people around me, and I have upset myself."

Katie, who is sat with her fiancé Carl Woods while she is talking, continues: "I could have been hurt or I could have been dead. I could have killed someone, or I could have injured someone."

The teaser was shared on the star’s Instagram Story but it has now disappeared.

Mum-of-five Katie was arrested in September when she had the crash near Partridge Green in West Sussex.

She later pleaded guilty to drink-driving, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance at Crawley Magistrates' Court and is due to be sentenced on December 15th.

The former glamour girl went into rehab at The Priory after the incident.

She returned home earlier in November and posted a message on Instagram thanking her loved ones for always being there for her.

Sharing a sweet snap of friends and family members, Katie wrote: "My family, my team and the people that will always have my back no matter what. I love you all so much!

"Thank you for always putting me in my place, and telling it to me straight! I truly appreciate everything you do for me."

Katie's new YouTube video is due to be unveiled at 5pm.
