Strictlys Oti Mabuse forced to stop beloved hobby due to pregnancy sickness

Oti Mabuse was forced stop dancing and fitness activities due to triggering pregnancy sickness.

The former Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer as opened up on her journey to motherhood after announcing she expecting her first child.

Oti, 33, recently posted a video on Instagram showcasing her workout regime which featured treadmill walking, stretching, squatting and lifting light weights.

She expressed her enjoyment for working out after a prolonged hiatus, writing in her caption: "I actually do enjoy working out lately again."

"In the beginning it was the one thing along with dancing that would cause my nausea so I stayed away for the longest of time.

"This obviously was a huge adjustment for my body, mental health and stamina and came with with another huge but beautiful life lesson.

"I am creating a human being and whatever my body needs I should listen to it."

The Dancing on Ice judge is thrilled to be active again.m stating: "But now that I can walk, run, lift weights again… I'm excited to get active again."

Oti couldn't resist adding a cheeky note about her changing physique, exclaiming: "And this new ass… OH MY DAYS [laughing face] I love it".

Unsurprisingly, the TV personality's lengthy post caught the attention of her followers, with some rushing to leave a message for the star in the comment section.

One fan penned: "That nausea will floor ya. But you are through the worst by the looks of it. Happy for you Oti. You bring such joy with your dancing. And you will make an incredible mama."

Another gushed: "Slay, you're glowing gal"

"Wishing you all the very best for your pregnancy and the precious little life you are nurturing. x," said someone else.

Oti announced the exciting news of her pregnancy while filming her ITV series Oti Mabuse's Breakfast Show on Saturday (August 26) morning.

Her Romanian dancer husband Marius Lepure, who she met in 2014 and married in 2015, joined her on the programme as they shared they're expecting their first child.

She later posted a heartfelt Instagram post where she expressed that her year is getting "better and better".

Oti wrote: "Our 'yes' year is getting better and better and so is our little family.
