Gogglebox star Amy Tapper has opened up about feeling better than ever amid her three stone weight loss.
The 20-year-old, who appeared on Celebs Go Dating in 2018, also spoke about the nasty trolling she received when she was just 13.
North London-based Tapper family, consisting of dad Jonathan, mum Nikki and children Josh and Amy, first began starring in the show back in around 2013.
Appearing on Lorraine, Amy said that she was happy with her weight loss journey so far and that she has dropped three dress sizes.
"I think the slower the better," Amy said. "I think there are a lot of things that are quick fixes and you just put the weight back on."
Host Lorraine Kelly gushed about how well she looked and Amy responded: "I feel a lot better, my energy levels are higher!"
Amy revealed that when she started filming Gogglebox she used to search her name to see what people were saying about her.
"When I was younger and i did see it they did say horrible things," Amy said. "As I got older I realised that they don't actually know me."
Amy revealed that she has been dieting ever since she was eight and has always struggled with her weight.
However Amy has recently started to enjoy going to the gym and better understands what to eat.
She said: "It's taken me a lot of years to learn but I am lucky that I was still young when I realised."
