FOR a bloke who’s only four years off the big Six-O, Keanu Reeves is looking in decent nick.
The Matrix actor revealed his trim physique as he stripped off for a swim with pals in Los Angeles on Monday after riding there on one of his own range of motorbikes.
Back in 2019 Keanu embarked on an eye-watering fitness regime to tone up for reprising his role in the John Wick franchise.
At the time his personal trainer revealed he was doing 1,000-rep exercises with minimal rest during 90-minute gym sessions.
In a desperate bid to match up, I’ve spent the last year trying to sort my own dad bod with the brilliant folk at David Lloyd gyms.
And they almost helped me succeed before Boris and Co shut the gyms again.
Now I can only look on at Keanu in envy.
We recently reported Cyberpunk 2077, a huge futuristic role-playing game, will feature the Hollywood star.
Keanu Reeves appeared during Microsoft's E3 briefing to reveal he was taking on a role in the game.
He will be playing Johnny Silverhand, a "legendary rockerboy" who is a "key character" in the game.
