JENNIFER Lopez has "never been better" and is enjoying the "best time" of her life she says, after ditching ARod and reuniting with Ben Affleck.
The singer has been heating up in her romance with Ben as the couple "hope to marry this year."
Jennifer, 51, discussed her positive outlook in a conversation with Zane Lowe from Apple Music on Monday as she told the host she's in the "best time of my life."
"I'm super happy. I know people are always wondering. 'How are you? What's going on? Are you okay?' This is it. I've never been better," the Hustlers star shared.
"I want my people who care about me, because I care about them so much, to know that I've really gotten to a place in my life where I'm great on my own.
"And I think once you get to that place, then amazing things happen to you that you never imagine in your life happening again. And so that is where I'm at," she revealed.
Jennifer closed the statement by adding: "I love all the love that's coming my way right now and all of the good wishes. And I just want everybody to know that it's the best time. It's the best time of my life."
After returning from the Dominican Republic, the actress found herself embracing self-love as she headed into the studio to record her new single Cambia El Paso with Rauw Alejandro.
While she was in the tropical destination filming her new movie Shotgun Wedding she "got to a point in my life where I really felt good on my own."
"I'm good. I love my life right now. I love what I'm doing. I love where I'm at. I love the person that I am continually kind of evolving into and becoming. And that kind of joy, that kind of happiness, that kind of love always inspires me," she explained.
Jennifer told Zane that "some people really get inspired when they're heartbroken," but for her, it's the "opposite."
"When I feel really good, I really feel like I do my best music. And so I got back from the Dominican Republic and I immediately had notified everybody that I know and be like, I want to get in the studio."
The mother of two's happiness also coincides with the rekindling of her relationship with Ben Affleck, 48, almost 20 years after they ended their engagement.
The couple recently spent some quality time together during the Fourth of July holiday as they relaxed in the Hamptons.
A source previously revealed that the duo is hoping to walk down the aisle sooner rather than later.
The insider told OK! magazine that Ben wouldn't "let Jen get away" a second time as he "doesn't want to lose her again."
"The new relationship might technically only be a few weeks old, but in reality they are picking up where they left off.
"Jen and Ben both know everything about each other — the good, the bad, and the ugly. They are not starting at square one.”
A second source gave a bit more insight on the timeline, disclosing: "Ben wants to give long-lasting love another shot and is planning a romantic proposal on the singer's 52nd birthday on 24 July."
