The reality star posed in a skintight nude bodysuit for a series of bizarre snaps.
Taking to Instagram, 41-year-old Kim shared a collection of new photos.
She chose to wear a knitted bodysuit which she accessorized with gold jewelry and matching gold eye shadow.
In the freaky final photo, her body appeared to be wrapped in endless locks of her own platinum blonde hair.
Emphasized by dramatic makeup, her facial features also looked different compared to recent photos.

In the caption, the Hulu star wrote: “How the f**k do you spell Rapunzel?! Repunzle? lol.”
However, her followers were much more interested in Kim’s radically changed appearance.
One wrote: “I don’t know who that is in the last picture but it’s not Kim and honestly it’s giving uncanny valley.”
“Stop Kimberly! She’s so cringe… she just looks straight up weird,” agreed another.

The off-key photos from Kim came just hours before she confused her fans again with a series of cryptic quotes.
Kardashian fanatics were even worried that Kim had split up with her boyfriend Pete Davidson after she shared a post about “red flags”.
The SKIMS mogul is currently in Australia to visit Pete, where he is filming a new movie.
While she is shacked up in a $5,000-a-night lodge with her actor beau, Kim has continued to share plenty of new photos with her eager followers.

Over the weekend, she was praised for showing off her real skin texture in an unedited pic.
The account for Kim’s newest business venture – a skincare company – shared a photo of the star soaking up the sun on her face.
She appeared to have a hand up near her forehead, shielding her eyes from the rays, and she had no makeup on her face.
The blemishes and discoloration could be seen on her chin.
Her typically styled bleach blond hair was tied back in a simple ponytail.
