KHLOE Kardashian has been accused by fans of photoshopping her latest sultry snap.
The KUWTK star – who recently confirmed she's had a nose job – was dubbed "unrecognizable" as she posed in a skintight crop top and leggings.
Khloe looked impossibly glam as she pouted at the camera in her workout gear and Perspex heels.
The 36-year-old reality star captioned the photo: "Essentials and heels."
While she was clearly pleased with the shot, her critics claimed it looked like it'd been altered.
One commented, "Photoshop!" while another added: "Don't even recognize you anymore."
A third posted: "I can't tell who that is in this."
The editing accusations come just days after Khloe finally addressed rumors that she's had a nose job during the KUWTK reunion special.
She told host Andy Cohen: "For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!'
"I’ve had one nose job!"
She continued: "Everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me! You’re the first person that’s ever asked me in an interview about my nose.
"I’ve done, sure, injections. Not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox."
The mother-of-one has been coming under fire for months from fans claiming she is altering her social media snaps.
Back in April, an unedited bikini shot of Khloe leaked online, in which she looking stunning while posing in leopard-print swimwear.
Despite receiving plenty of compliments over her figure, her PR and legal teams went on a rampage to "scrub" the photo from the internet, to no avail.
Khloe later came out to share her truth about the image, pleading with fans to understand the turmoil she's experienced over the years.
Posing topless to show off her "unretouched" and "unfiltered" body, she revealed she has "struggled with body image her whole life."
Khloe penned: “When someone takes a photo of you that isn’t flattering in bad lighting or doesn’t capture your body the way it is after working so hard to get it to this point."
"And then shares it to the world – you should have every right to ask for it to not be shared – regardless of who you are.
“In truth, the pressure, constant ridicule and judgement my entire life to be perfect and to meet other’s standards of how I should look has been too much to bear."
Scott Disick recently defended his longtime friend against trolls who dissed her "changing looks".
After a critic commented "who is she?!"on photos of Khloe posing in a Rolls Royce, Scott responded: "Who isn't she? That’s the question!"
Meanwhile, Khloe has been facing more heartache from her "cheating" baby daddy Tristan Thompson, who she recently broke up with again.
This week, sources claimed they saw the athlete – who is True's father – "disappearing into a bedroom with three women at a Bel Air house party."
According to Daily Mail, Tristan emerged from the private room 30 minutes later looking "disheveled."
The outlet claimed Tristan "did a round of ultra-luxurious Deleon tequila shots and Moet champagne" at the party, before "repeatedly grabbing the bottom of a female guest."
The source alleged: "A couple of hours later, Tristan took off into one of the party rooms where everyone goes to hook up.
"He was with three women and another guy. One of the girls he was with is a regular partier – she always out and about at parties."
Tristan's lawyer denied the claims.
