The 39-year-old left fans around the world shocked when she announced their reality would be coming to an end next year – but it looks like there will be a load of drama for us to enjoy in the meantime.

Taking to Twitter, she blessed us with a look at the new teaser, where she could be seen asking whether Kourtney and ex-boyfriend Scott Disick had a fourth baby on the way.

‘Scott’s like, “ We’re going for baby number four. Is that serious? I wanna know,’ she probed.

While another family member asked: ‘Are you pregnant?’

We’ll have to wait a while to see how that conversation transpired as the clip ended abruptly right then.

Other scenes showed a tense showdown between Khloe Kardashian and ex Tristan Thompson – amid rumours they have reunited during lockdown.

The former couple – who share daughter True together – split last year after it emerged that he had kissed family friend Jordyn Woods on a night out.

They had remained close for the sake of their little one, and have been co-parenting her ever since.

Speaking about their relationship status, the Good American designer bluntly told the NBA star: ‘One of my fears is you’re acting like this until you get what you want.

‘And then if you do, you’re going to turn into the told Tristan again.’

Elsewhere, the famous family could be seen discussing the coronavirus pandemic, raising concerns for Khloe as she became ill during lockdown.

The series kicks off on Thursday in the US, and will be airing on E! and HayU in the UK soon after.

Kim confirmed that the E! show would be ending next year, after what will be 14 years on our screens.

Sharing the news on Instagram, the mum-of-four admitted it was a ‘difficult decision’ to stop the cameras rolling.

‘After what will be 14 years, 20 seasons, hundreds of episodes and numerous spin-off shows, we are beyond grateful to all of you who’ve watched us for all of these years – through the good times, the bad times, the happiness, the tears, and the many relationships and children,’ she penned.

‘We’ll forever cherish the wonderful memories and countless people we’ve met along the way.

‘Without Keeping Up with The Kardashians, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I am so incredibly grateful to everyone who has watched and supported me and my family these past 14 incredible years.

‘This show made us who we are and I will be forever in debt to everyone who played a role in shaping our careers and changing our lives forever.’
