JESY Nelson says she was "very natural" when Little Mix started before transforming her look with plump lips and a defined jaw.
The singer – who is dating Love Island's Chris Hughes – has undergone a dramatic change since winning The X Factor in 2011.
As well as losing around two stone, Jesy now boasts prominent cheekbones, an enviably pronounced jaw bone and a much fuller pout.
She spoke out about her changing look on This Morning with the rest of the girlband – Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall.
Reavling their beauty secrets, the girls also reflected on their make-up mishaps.
Jesy said: "You know what, we went from very natural, young, fresh-faced to looking like….very cheap and tacky."
The comment got a laugh from the girls, with Perrie going on to explain: "We felt more secure with lots and lots of make up on.
"We've got better at knowing what we suit. We don't feel the need to pile it on anymore."
Jesy and her fellow bandmates have made it known they have regular visits to Doctor Esho's clinic for skincare treatments.
They have never admitted having surgery, instead relying on make-up hacks to get a more chiselled look.
But MYA Cosmetic Surgery previously told the Mirror Online, Jesy has had "non surgical treatment" on her face to get the desired outcome.
They said: "I believe it is possible that Jesy has undergone the non-surgical treatment of fillers to her lips as she appears to have fuller lips compared to previous images – especially when her mouth is relaxed."
"I would also suggest Jesy has had the non-surgical treatment of dermal fillers to her cheeks.
"Fillers give volume to the cheek area and this is achieved by injecting dermal fillers along the contour of the cheekbone to create more definition."
