JOE Giudice has been praised by fans for his “positive” attitude as he cooked up a delicious meal after Teresa snubbed her ex from a family photo.
The Real Housewives Of New Jersey alum showed off his culinary skills in the kitchen of his Salerno, Italy home – where he has been living since last year following his deportation.
The Italian-born reality star showed off what was on the menu in “Joe’s cuisine” on Friday.
Joe cooked up marinated chicken and broccoli for the day’s lunch.
“Right here we got garlic, onions and olive oil. This here… you just want to put the chicken in.
“You don’t want to put the garlic and onions in yet. After the meat is almost cooked, that’s when you put it in there,” he advised.
The Bravo alum continued: “Here we call it dinner because the big dinner here is lunch.
“Just make sure you eat good. And wash your hands and do your dishes. Having it clean makes it a lot easier.
“And that’s the whole thing about cooking. Stay safe… and don’t forget to wash your feet too,” he ended on a more random note.
Joe, 48, was upbeat in the video and fans made note of the happiness he appeared to exude.
One impressed fan commented on his video and wrote: “You are a good positive Joe. You are so positive, I hope you get to see your girls soon.”
“You became such a better person, enjoy. Isn’t it nicer just living a normal life instead of all that stuff?
“I seen your pile of dishes, looks like a normal kitchen. Be safe,” one person advised.
A third agreed, and gushed: “Looking handsome Joe! Happiness is shining through.”
Fans singing Joe’s praises comes one day after his ex-wife, Teresa Giudice, 48, snubbed her husband-of-21-years in a recant Fall family photo.
On the reality star’s Instagram Story, she shared a snap of pumpkins lining her family home's staircase.
Teresa along with their four daughters- Gia, 19, Gabriella, 16, Milania, 15, and Audriana, 11- each had a white pumpkin with their names written of it, along with another pumpkin that read: "The Giudice Family.”
Joe – who was married to Teresa from 1999-2020 – was noticeably missing from the festive display.
The dad-of-four now lives in his native Italy after he went to prison alongside ex-wife Teresa for exaggerating their income, hiding increased assets and failing to file tax returns between 2004 and 2008.
He served 41 months in jail, while Teresa only did 15.
The former couple’s daughters visited him in Italy over a year ago, but have not seen him in person since.
Despite not being able to physically see his kids, he is still part of their lives.
Teresa’s snub came after Joe revealed he's in a new relationship with a lawyer.
