'The Bachelorette': Who Is Yosef Aborady? Clare Crawley’s Contestant Has ‘Zero Filter’

Clare Crawley’s Bachelorette journey will begin on Tuesday, Oct. 13, and fans couldn’t be more excited. The new season comes over a year after Hannah Brown’s finale. Naturally, viewers have been digging for more information on Crawley’s contestants. So who is Yosef Aborady from The Bachelorette Season 16? Here’s everything you need to know.

Who is Yosef Aborady from Clare Crawley’s season of ‘The Bachelorette’?

According to Yosef’s Bachelorette profile on ABC’s website, the 30-year-old is a medical device salesman from Daphne, Alabama. Yosef was previously married and has a 4-year-old daughter named Zara. Now, he’s hoping Crawley will be his perfect match.

“Yosef has been told he talks to too much (more than once), but he hopes to find someone that loves his enthusiasm and zest for life,” Yosef’s bio reads. “He’s looking for someone to love and cherish his child and him equally… and according to Yosef, you would not believe how hard that is to find.”

Meanwhile, Yosef’s Instagram page highlights just how much the new reality star loves his daughter. His feed is filled with adventures alongside Zara.

“This little girl motivates me to be a better man, a harder worker and to be the best I can be,” Yosef wrote on Instagram in May 2020. “Thank you Zara I love you with all my heart!”

Chris Harrison tells ‘The Bachelorette’ fans Yosef Aborady will stir the pot in season 16

On Sept. 29, Bachelor Nation’s Chris Harrison went live to formally introduce Crawley’s Bachelorette cast to the fandom. Toward the end of the 30-minute chat, Harrison shared details about Yosef’s journey on the ABC reality series. Given his ABC profile, it’s no surprise the host mentions Zara’s impact on Yosef.

“He has daughter, Zara, that is the light of his life,” Harrison said. “[She] means the world to him, and wears his heart on his sleeve when it comes to his daughter.”

Harrison also pointed out Yosef talks about his daughter on the show. But that’s not all he’ll be known for this season.

“He also doesn’t shy away from controversy this season,” Harrison said. “If there is something on Yosef’s mind, he’s going to say it. He has zero filter. He doesn’t mind who he says it in front of, and he doesn’t mind who he stirs the pot with. And I mean anybody. So watch out for Yosef.”

Then Yosef commented on Harrison’s remarks in a post on Instagram.

“@chrisbharrison you say zero filter like it’s a bad thing,” he wrote alongside a laughing emoji. “Check me out in exactly one week on @bacheloretteabc.”

Meanwhile, Harrison seemingly called Yosef one of the villains of Crawley’s Bachelorette journey. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the host revealed there were “multiple bad boys” in season 16. He then named Yosef as one of the men to “keep an eye on” in regards to drama with Crawley.

“He’s not afraid to express how he’s feeling,” Harrison said. “It could mean anybody, including Clare. So Yosef is definitely someone, as far as drama goes, you wanna keep an eye on.”

For now, The Bachelorette fans will just have to wait and see how Yosef shakes things up on Crawley’s season. But whatever happens, viewers know it’ll be dramatic. So get ready. New episodes start Tuesday, Oct. 13, on ABC.
