Bryce got his party shut down by police and his utilities cut off to prevent him from hosting another celebration, as he had received warnings for throwing previous parties.

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti said in a statement: "Despite several warnings, this house has turned into a nightclub in the hills, hosting large gatherings in flagrant violation of our public health orders.
