Eddie Howe now FAVOURITE to be sacked next after Bournemouth plummet down Premier League table

EDDIE Howe is now favourite to be the next Premier League manager sacked.

Bournemouth are in dire straits at the moment, dropping into the bottom three for the first time in over two years after securing just one league win since the start of November.

That hit fever pitch at the weekend after they were thumped 3-0 by fellow relegation strugglers Watford at home.

And Betway make Howe now the 6/4 favourite to get the boot next.

Apart from a very short stint at Burnley, Howe has essentially been in charge at Bournemouth since 2008 and worked miracles.

The Cherries nearly dropped out of the Football League altogether before their surge up the divisions to become a Premier League mainstay.

But for the first time in his tenure the pressure cooker is rising and Bournemouth feel like genuine relegation candidates this season.

A combination of their star players misfiring – Callum Wilson hasn’t scored a league goal since September – and tough luck with injuries has seen them slide down the table.
