MY 600lb Life star Paula Jones is unrecognisable as she shows off her epic weight loss in a tiny swimsuit.
Paula took part in the TLC show back in 2014 when she weighed 542 pounds.
She sadly revealed she had struggled with overeating for most of her life after suffering sexual abuse when she was a child.
Paula has four children and she worried they would become orphans if she didn't sort her life out, having already witnessed her husband pass away at the age of just 33 because of weight-related complications.
The star managed to lose an incredible 273 pounds in her first year after adopting an all-liquid diet and having gastric bypass surgery.
She has continued to lose weight since then too with the help of personal training sessions and counselling.

She now regularly shares updates with her fans on social media to show off her remarkable transformation.
Paula now weighs around 200 pounds and looked healthy and happy in a swimsuit snap from 2016.
She wore a striped bikini top and briefs as she reclined on a sun lounger, smiling up at the camera.
She captioned it: "By the pool! Look at those shoulders and in a 2 piece! I never imagined!”

Paula also regularly posts pictures of her healthy-yet-tasty meals on Instagram.
In a more recent snap from September 2022, Paula smiled for the camera in a hot pink off the shoulder jumper with a black vest top underneath as she headed out in the car.
Meanwhile her profile picture showed her full length, looking slim in white trousers and a patterned short sleeved top.
